Why does he go by Will not Frank?

Frank is a much stronger name than Will.

But his name is Frank
So he had to be going as Will before that (since his middle name is Williams)
Was his dad named Frank? Guess his family was too stupid to decipher which one they were talking to?

Maybe not, but Martin has had his share of problems playing it straight his whole career. Not sure if he still is as shady as he was. It doesn't appear he is.
