That was the motto of my dad's butcher shop back in '75-80. Kids at school used to push me down and laugh when I'd wear that shirt to school on Casual Dress Fridays.

I've been known to throw around UTK or UTA sometimes for clarity's sake, but not really as an insult.

I'll sometimes use SC when I'm clearly talking about SEC sports, but I usually use SCAR & SCAL, and I never use SC to describe Southern Cal.

UTA generally refers to "University of Texas at Arlington"
