re: Why does Alabama let Brandon Miller keep playing? Crimson Tide can't provide answers

Whether he should be charged and convicted of something and whether he should be suspended or dismissed from the team are two different things. Some institutions make no distinction. Others have a higher standard for eligibility than simply following the prosecutor’s lead.

It was reported as his gun she in fact it was Miles gun and he returned it to him after he learned Miles had left it in his car. There is video evidence clearing Miller of any wrong going. This is a bunch of bullshite from opposing fans and the same media assholes who reported it was his gun from the beginning without admitting and printing that they got it wrong. Plus it’s the same piece of shot lsu fans like you that keep dragging a kid in it who did nothing wrong and was not charged with anything. Y’all still shite all over him for no reason other than he plays at Alabama.

I love the mental gymnastics and spin on the facts

There’s no spin that’s what happened. Just because you choose to ignore the facts is nothing more than your inability to look at anything dealing with Alabama rationally.

The spin is making it sound like the conversation was "hey Brandon, I left my gun in my car. Do you mind running it by when you get a chance?"

I do not give a single damn what Dan Woken thinks.

Here’s another Dan Wolken column from a few weeks ago about the team that just waxed you by 40.
The Calipari era at Kentucky needs to end
Seems like the dude makes a living off of being wrong.

Jay Bilas said it better:
“Brandon Miller has rights. The authorities have told Alabama he’s a witness, not a suspect. There’s no indication that he has violated any law. They know him better than we do, and if they didn’t take action 5 weeks ago or so when this horrible tragedy happened, I don’t see any reason to do it now. Now, if something else comes out I understand it, but to me, if he were held out of competition now that would be Alabama saying ‘Our reputation as a university and what people say about us is more important than our player.’ I think they’ve balanced the player and the university and those interests pretty well overall.”
That about says it folks. It's still a legal matter and the rant can't handle the truth.

Damn, Wolken or Bama, who do I side with? This is a tough one.

Jay Bilas is a litigating lawyer and attorney as we speak. I'd run with him. You're welcome.

Without googling, do you even know what law he practices

The Alabama Crimson Tide is the MAGA of Collegiate sports. It gives not a fraction of a frick what you all think and like the Trumper himself. The Tide turns on its heel and proceeds to fart in your hysterical faces.

Do you have a problem with the voice of college basketball, Jay Bilas? Was it just more than you and the rant could comprehend? Seemed simple enough.

Correct because that is all you have.
I really expected better from you.
Read what he said and then recheck your post. Maybe post something that is relative to exactly what he posted not what you made up.

Bilas don't frick with Barney.
