Because with the exception of the last two games that year vs Florida and Ole Miss, LSU sucked, bigly.

Dude…the majority of teams had kids who sat out the season or sat out practices leading up to the season…it was a bad year for football period

Most people outside Tuscaloosa don’t acknowledge 2020 as a legitimate season, because it wasn’t. You could see it in Saban’s face in his first interview after the “championship” or whatever it was called.
