NCAA doesn’t make the rules. Random Judges around the country make the rules.

They wanted the chaos. The college sports act will pass.

Because so many people making these decisions are academics, not professionals or blue collar workers with real life experience. They simply don’t see the impacts of their decisions and the effects on real people.
