Sorry, coaches who've never won a title or even a playoff game have no place in line at all for this conversation.

Why don’t people say this about Lincoln Riley?

think Kirby needs the recruiting ceiling of a team like Georgia where Dabo is more of a program builder/culture change guy than Kirby is.

Kirby is a big recruiter/program builder/culture change guy. That’s why we live in the top 10 now.

Not 3rd. I'd have to think about it but I doubt either are even top 10 at this point.

He's young and popular. He might be building a monster in LA again. I wouldn't write him off just yet. We'll see.

In terms of pure coaching ability/game sense?

Idk, Leach has to be high up the list.

Yeah, but I don't think he is as good on the building/change aspect as Dabo. Building UGA up isn't near the task that building Clemson up was. Thats why I think you might lean Dabo at one of those middle-tier programs. The built-in recruiting floor and ceiling for Georgia is one of the best in the country, if not the best. Florida and LSU are the only comparables and I'm not sure I'd take either over Georgia just from a recruiting sense.
