Using only his 2020 record as an argument makes you sound like an LSU fan who said Orgeron was a better coach than Saban because O went 15-0 and Saban went 11-2.
I gave you the FSU stats. Hows your comprehension these days? And Orgeron's "now" record is 5-5. Speaking of trends that tell a story of future tidings.
It's not that tough. Coach Saban stands alone in the SEC. To suggest that Fisher is a much better coach than Orgeron is hardly wishful thinking. Kirby Smart has got that Mark Richt look written all over his program. It's just not that hard. Everyone else is either rebuilding and has little to show on the field or they simply remain perpetually stuck in the mud.
Do you want a sure thing in the west? Jimbo > Eddie O.

Based on what?
Saban of course is number one, other coaches with natties are Coach O and Fisher.
Fisher 11 Years, 109-33, .768 Win% (at major schools)
Coach O 9 Years, 61-41, .598 Win% (at major schools)
Head to head in the SEC, Fisher is 2-1 vs Coach O.

I would consider Smart when he wins a title.

"Trends" are a weak argument as far as records go.
Again, you sound like an LSU fan saying Alabama is "trending down" after 2019 and then they went undefeated.

Both are great recruiters, neither are elite X's or O's coach who will outscheme the other team, O's program has accomplished more than Jimbo's has.

11-2 ain't 5 and 5. And not just 5 and 5 but the depth of the azz kickings comes to mind, quickly.

You are full of it. Jimbo can coach Xs and Os. He knows how to squeeze every ounce out of a QB's ability. Orgeron is good at pulling his t-shirt off and screaming through the red bull season.
Jimbo doesn't have to delegate command of his team's identity to his coordinators and pray for the best. When that crap hit the fan for Eddie O the only recourse was to throw his headset violently to the ground and proceed to take it up the backside.

So you would've said Jimbo was "trending down" in 2019 when he went 8-5?

Jimbo hasn't had a great offense or quarterback since 2014.
The game changed and he didnt.

Elko's defense has completely bailed him out at multiple times.

It’s been proven time and time again that the best ACC team can beat the best SEC team on any given year. 1 vs 1. Not the whole conference vs whole conference. 2013 FSU beat Auburn. 2016 Clemson beat the best Bama team ever to that point.
Yeah, no shite. He built his record and championship by playing in the weak arse ACC. You said Kirby had the easier path. Fisher had little to no competition. Stop trying to change the subject.

Which is obvious, as Mond was responsible for 13 points against the worst defense in college football history.

But still, beat you 2 out of the last 3 years. And just finished the season ranked 4th in the nation. Lord help LSU if he ever finds one.

The game changed dramatically for Eddie O, that's for sure. No running game, couldn't protect the QB, and completely lost your defensive identity. That about it? Looks like Orgeron had best be changing his game and soon.

Isn't that what defenses are supposed to do? Bail the team out? You know, like when you had Aranda? Instead, LSU has lost their defensive minds and gone MIA against SEC competition. If the defense doesn't bail out Eddie O this season, look for more of the same azz kicking on Saturdays. And you know what that looks and feels like.

More than Mullen could do. Do you know what they call a student who graduates last in medical school? Doctor.
They don't ask you how, just figure it out and win. It's what champions do and others whine about, endlessly.

Fisher got Mond "drafted". That says a lot about his ability to develop a QB. The A&M OL last year was coached very well, but not all that talented (look at the draft)
As Fisher continues to improve the talent level at A&M things can only get better. The players are definitely being developed.

What does beating LSU have to do with anything?

Why are you deflecting to talking about Orgeron and LSU?

More deflections about LSU and O.
You can't contend for a national title these days without a dynamic offense which is supposed to be Fisher's specialty yet offense has clearly been the weak point for A&M as of late but you claim he's an elite X's and O's coach.

Did you watch a single LSU game in 2019?
The defense was not good.

Let’s see if Ed can get Brennan drafted in the top 3 rounds

I'm not sure why Aggies act like Jimbo was somehow handicapped by Mond.
Mond was very highly recruited and Mond was his guy, he started him for three seasons, he either couldn't or wouldn't find anyone better through recruiting or the transfer portal.

Why do you relentlessly pound on Jimbo just because he left at the altar, again? It was a business decision, get over it. The course of true love never runs smooth. And certainly, no one in CajunLand should be throwing stones as long as Mr. Red Bull himself is leading your football program.
