That's why I picked four coaches. We've had a lot of great players, but none that just stand out in the way Bo Jackson or Hershel Walker do.

Saban could be on Bama's and LSU's Mount Rushmore. Fitting and appropriate.

Fine then we're putting The Bear on ours. Fitting and appropriate.

General Neyland
Peyton Manning
Tee Martin
Phil Fulmer

Lot's of others I'd want to add as well but those have to be on there.

Kentucky has just as good if not stronger argument than A&M to put Bear on theirs since he spent 8 seasons there although A&M could put him on there as well. That said, I don't think he was important to A&M's program as he was to UK and obviously to Bama but it's your monument if you think he's that important to your school's program put em up there.

Two should be near automatic picks:

Billy Cannon
Y.A. Tittle

Then some room for debate between guys like:

Kevin Faulk
Bert Jones
Tommy Cassanova
Patrick Peterson
TM7
Jim Taylor
Kevin Mawae?
Alan Faneca?

Tee was never given the credit he deserved for his QB performance because he followed in Peyton's shadow. But there's no way we would've won the BCS without him. He played a perfect season and even had a completion streak that was utterly amazing.

He was not our best player ever but the season he played he played QB perfectly.

Neyland and Manning are locks. Lots of debate about the rest.
