They both have flaws that will be exposed in the NFL. Trinidad wouldn’t get away with his trickery and Arch doesn’t have the arm or processing speed.

In the first quarter, the RB fumbled the 1st pass inside the 20, and the #1 and #2 WR both had both hands on passes that should have been TDs. It might have affected his processing speed, looking for the #4 read.

Captain Obvious reply is: That's entirely dependent on who drafts them. One could get drafted early by a franchise that blows through 1st round QBs because they don't put pieces around them. The other could fall to a better franchise that has pieces in place or where they ride the bench like Jordan Love did for a couple of years.
I think they'll both have good careers. Chambliss could go to a place like Dallas and maybe get them over the hump. Arch could go to Cleveland and be another QB in and out of that revolving door but find success at his next stop like Mayfield did.

Which team drafts each player could play a large factor. If Cleveland drafts either one then they are both done before they start. If they could land in a spot where a good offensive minded coach has them early and can teach and develop good habits into them early then they both could go on to have good careers.

He doesn’t have the arm or processing speed of Chambliss. He may be a little more accurate under pressure than Chambliss but I’m not too sure about that either.
That flip Mahomes type pass against us is something you just can scheme against or defend. Arch isn’t doing any of that. I haven’t seen many current NFL QB’s that throw as tight of a spiral on a rope as Chambliss either. Chambliss can process the game at an elite level already. Lots of other things can be taught in the NFL.

Manning hasn’t had any quality coaching yet, he likely has more upside. Kiffin has maxed out Chambliss’ ability and he’s only 5’-10”. I’d say Manning.

Well that’s my opinion so we will see. Just to clarify that’s for the NFL not college and Trinidad will have problems there too in case anyone thinks I’m hating because he didn’t come here.

Chambliss. Arch’s stock makes me question everything there is to question about scouting. Mensah, Mestemaker, Maiava and even Hoover all look infinitely better as prospects as well
Really seems like the Manning brand is so valuable to the NFL they’re dead set on Arch being the new Fetch

Wasn't it the Chargers? Ryan Leaf deal?
If a bad draft spot looks likely, I wouldn't be surprised if Arch just stays at Texas for another year.

If he is eligible to go this season and wants wants a chance to be the number 1 pick in the draft then he had better go this season. I think Jeremiah Smith is eligible to come out after next season and I would be shocked if he wasn’t the number 1 pick. There may be teams trying to make a trade to get him.
