A&M fans actually show up at the stadium and enjoy the game, but I know that's a culture that LSU is still catching up to.

My point still stands that a team that hasn't been in the conference longer than 2 years is calling the scheduling shots over an established SEC institution like LSU. The SEC front office must really hate y'all.

Where I come from we don't call that easy-going.

I'd be willing to bet 95% of attendees didn't have over a 3 hour drive either

Nah, we just don't get bent about the semantics of where, when, TV schedules, etc.
It is what it is.

So again us beating you stupid 2 years running is less important to you than some BS that happened over 20 yrs ago?

When said "BS" is us beating you so badly over an entire decade that you took your ball and ran home? Yes, it's more important.

So now I think I see what you don't get. This is about D-O-L-L-A-R-S bro. The fact is that LSU agreed to play on Thanksgiving in CStat because the league agreed to never make LSU play a home game on Thanksgiving or the Friday after. It gives LSU a Saturday game (potentially at night) where we should have no problems putting 90-95K in the stadium assuming you guys have a pulse (which is always in doubt).

I don't understand what you're saying (lost in Internet translation, undoubtedly my fault) ... but sure as shite, we honestly don't care about time of day, playing on holidays, etc--SEC or not.

Aggie Football first, turkey, mashed taters, & pumpkin desserts before/after.

I understand that we had to adjust the agreement to work with LSU's attendance problems, but LSU certainly didn't want to play on Thanksgiving day in College Station either. It's like Birmingham has it out for LSU.

They may beat us but it wont be any time soon. Miss state has to come to Baton Rouge and A&m is going to struggle this year. Next year LSU going to be loaded so they are both screwed next year.
