Good question. I'm not on board the Herman train. Fricking Tulane held his offense to 270 total yards. I could start on defense at Tulane.

I seriously doubt it. Maybe for a year if he's made "Associate Head Coach" and receives a substantial pay raise or something to that effect; but if he doesn't get the HC job I think he moves on.
Surely some school would be willing to hire him as a HC if LSU doesn't.

There was a rumor last year that a deal had been worked with JF for $6 mil per year. Another rumor said it fell through at the 11th hour because his agent demanded $7 mil.

The only serious names that the Adults (Alums / TAF's / Power Broker's / Season Ticket Holders) are seriously talking about are: 1A.) Fisher 1B.) Herman 3.) Orgeron as the back-up plan if 1A and 1B don't work out...............
