Alabama with two losses, one of them OOC and first game of the year, absolutely should be ahead of Georgia because they gave Georgia their only loss. And Bama would be SEC champions

My point is more theoretical, and a comment on the system. Should an At-Large Georgia get a bye over and SEC Champion Alabama, who the Bulldogs lost to? Does that make sense?
