Over & over people have said that this could've been prevented by either announcing the new rules prior to the draft, or waiting until the season is over.
IF it's really that simple, who had the bright idea to release it now? Who TF signed off?
Seems they should be unemployed

Or… simple solution: Add an exception for the 2022 guys because it was clear as day the 2022 guy were getting screwed.
The NCAA screwed this up. Everyone knew some of the 2022 guys would sue.
I agree with you on the timing… what dumbass decided summer 2026 was the time to roll it out?

A female judge in Colorado is responsible for this train wreck.

Correct. These overpaid idiots could have thought of this sooner, made an exception for the class of 22, or waited to formalize this rule in December once it was too late for “former NFL players” to file a lawsuit.

The NCAA is very well known for ignoring their own lawyers advice and since this happened they are fully promoting chaos to prove their point like a spoiled 5 year old . Everything is completely their fault

NCAA probably did it on purpose to create chaos to help force Congress to pass the Protect College Sports Act
