Why do the Georgia fans hate Florida so much.

Big rivals. They hate us as much of not more.

Only because there are fewer of them.

Pretty much on this board, yes. Probably in real life, too. However, I have, I have 2-3 very close friends that are Florida fans. We keep things very civil.

Are you 12 or something. UGA and UF have a entire rivalry game in Jacksonville for a reason. frick Florida forever btw.

To the kunt OP, it's fairly dumb to base things off of one game much less the 1st week of the season. UGA has a whole 5 star QB waiting in the wings, you have to consider certain intangibles of each program.

If Daniels decides to opt out or gets hurt, well then just take UGA out of the equation for the most part.

Not all on defense. Had I believe three starters out and some back ups. That wasnt our main issue though. We had limited tackling this offseason and it showed. We missed probably well over 30 tackles.

Obviously I didn't watch a lot of Florida football last season, but seemed to be a bit of a problem when we played last year. We had a couple of defensive breakdowns yesterday, too. That is normal this early in the season, and like you said, there was very limited time to work on a lot of the basics.

Why were your starters out? Covid, or other stuff?

Why are Georgia fans the maddest ones on the board today?

And it’s not limited to today, seems like y’all have been mad for years

After week 1, I think most board members would be comfortable with Florida and Bama.

Generational.

Same reason that a lot of LSU fans started to hate Florida: Spurrier and regular 90’s arse beatings.

I’m 35, so I grew up in an era where I hated FSU a helluva lot more than UGA because FSU was playing season spoiler way more than UGA at the time. Ask my Dad and UGA is enemy #1.

We’ll see if and how that shifts now that UGA has some bite back and FSU has plummeted off a cliff in flames and covered in manure for the foreseeable future.

I'm not. Maybe you should ask somebody who is mad?

We had 4 starters out and lost Davis to targeting.

It would be rather poetic: Mississippi State vs. Florida.

Bama lost to a true freshman at AU. He is still the QB at AU.

And that has what to do with this season??? If we went off that premises Army would have been the National Champions since the 40’s.

BTW... Army has as many championships as Auburn does.

I was wrong actually it was five.

Both starting safeties(one targeting call on first Ole Miss drive)
DT
Starting line backer
Starting DE

So yea five starters. Still no excuse for that many yards. Need to clean a lot up.

Agreed. There aren't as many Florida fans on this board or else you would hear noise from both sides.
