Very nice post

Despite all of the flack we took for how we won games last year, having all of those special moments tied into Auburn's season, married with the unique emotional attachment I have with them, really made for an unforgettable series of experiences and memories with friends and families. It's a little nutty how attached we become, but I love hearing how other fans feel about their teams even if it's easier for me personally to hate them

While it is just a game, I see no problem with people assigning more importance to it when it's positive and sentimental. Viewpoints like this make you realize is it really worth hating/being rude to each other over? That isn't a vow to never troll on my part but it might be useful to use 2 out of every 3 insult/troll ideas that come to mind rather than all 3

You should submit that to your local paper, great read that would look great in black and white as a guest piece.

Paul Bryant, Jr. is the force behind killing off the UAB program. UAB had a verbal agreement with Jimbo Fisher before he went to FSU. Fisher agreed to take the HC position and promised to stay a minimum of 3 years to build he program. Bryant nixed the deal because he felt it might pull players and money from Bama. He has fought any improvement in the UAB football program.

I just wanted to mention that.

Yall carry on.

Although unintentional this sentence is the perfect summation of alabama fans and why they are the way they are.

Great post. I'm from right up the road from East Lake, and playing against South East Lake was always fun. Y'all usually had really good teams.
