Yea, the whole study/development/MARTA TAD stuff is going to really be interesting to see play out.
The stretch of Peachtree from the golf course up to around Clairmont is pretty insane. So much getting built between Ashford Park and Downtown Chamblee.

SummerOfGeorge is the only Bama poster who is consistently good, with only minor deviations into Gump mode.

No - read most of the updates on the Brookhaven Post and the Ashford Park Facebook page. Never thought I'd be so interested in # of townhouses in a development, road plans or which road a parking lot faces hahaha.
I really like the latest mockups of the MARTA TAD though. Hopefully that gets going soon. Seems to have decent support, especially considering how most everything seems to have at least a few boisterous dissenters.

We're actually still waiting on the house to finish and living down in Morningside. We've been at "one week left" for about 3 months now.
It's roughly the most frustrating fvckin thing I've ever gone through in my life.
