I think there are a lot of ranters with silly double standards for chick announcers. There are about a million insufferable play by play guys.

But on basketball - which I have not watched in quite some time - I enjoy Doris Burke. She explains motion offense, basic defense, and such without distracting from the action.

Any bowl outside the playoff is a rock-bottom bowl. If you’re not playing for a national championship in the bowl, it carries the same weight
