LSU was 9-4.
When Napier got there yall were working out of the stadium…the facilities were absolutely worse than anyone else’s…y’all’s bravado was ‘we are Florida, they will come’. Idiots. The new facility is world class and you have great NIL money…your future is bright…let it happen.

Na, they just need the coach to find an OC that he’s willing to trust his $7 million a year salary to. Right now he’s saying if I’m getting fired for poor play calling it’s on me. He’s right, but he needs someone up in the booth that he trusts in his ear…to prevent stints of shite play calling.

Not with Napier......hopefully with a coach that is not beyond terribke..which Napier clearly is, it is very obvious. From his terrible record at UF, for having multiple Oline coaches yet our offensive line being terrible, to our defense struggling to hold anyone ranked under 30, etc. Very simple. He should not be coaching at a SEC team like Florida...we mat not be Bama but we are not Missouri...

I’m an LSU grad and I think Kelly sucks…I guess that’s what we do.
My son is on the UF team and Napier was easily the most dynamic coach I met in the recruiting process. He seems like a very capable man to me. I hope A) he makes it to next year, and B) gets a better schedule for the next couple of years after that.
If not, I just hope y'all don’t hire Lane. Really though, there are very few men who can handle what Napier is tasked with. That talent pool may be 3-5 men…who will be paid so much you just hope they keep motivation. If Napier can make it to the spring I think he makes it until my son graduates, if UF doesn’t get stuck with hardest schedule in the country back to back again.

How does the team feel about Callaway being that guy?

Lagway seems injury prone.

IDK, son is on special teams with Joe Houston. Couch moving on didn’t rattle that ship. Napier’s the offensive guy. Like when Saban had a DC…sure…we all knew who was running that. Hopefully Napier finds real trust in Callaway, UF needs that.
I think the boys are just hoping that the calls don’t put Lagway in a position to get hurt. He’s the heart of the team.

Napier needs an a proven OC. You know like Pete did at USC, Meyer had at Florida and Ohio State....he is not a great offensive mind at all..

No doubt I know your son he’s gonna be a great kicker for us. Best case scenario Billy gets out of his own way with playcalling and realizes he can use the help. Callaway is great with Tempo and teaching it, praying Billy implements some.

That Warner is possibly the backup over Bailey at this point is a complete joke. He played just like his highest status at Yale - their scout team QB. The GA and TX games showed he has no talent to be a legit backup in the SEC. Napier must be playing favorites if that report was true. Another Franks/Trask situation probably except with the backups. Heck even that CO St transfer Warner played over looked a lot better than him on tape.

Tennessee has beaten Florida 3x in 20 years and it took minor miracles in each of those 3 wins for Tennessee to pull them out.

Lagway is dealing with a strained calf and was expected to take limited practice reps. He wore a sleeve on his left leg, the same one that caused him to miss a game and a half last season. He strained a hamstring against rival Georgia and missed the following week's game at Texas.
Coach Billy Napier has offered no timetable on his star player's return. It's the latest injury issue for Lagway, who missed spring practice with a shoulder injury after undergoing sports hernia surgery.
Injury prone, that's for sure. :/

He will not be considered a bust..his team may not have a great record but Lag will still be a high draft pick. He was pretty damn good with a bad Oline in the SEC after all..Florida has a lot of things to complain about, but DJ is not one of them

What karma? He’s practicing.

Warner probably knows the whole Playbook and Bailey doesn’t that will change. Bailey is just a guy though either way it doesn’t really matter. Millen is bad, real bad. Zero arm strength. Tramell Jones coming along is the only shot we have if Lagway goes down.
