I’m not sure who has the best Baptist Fish Fry, but I can tell you that no one can fry fish better than people in Louisiana.

All I know is they better be some hush puppies, coleslaw, and some speckled grits with hoop cheese in a black cauldron stirring with a boat paddle or it just ain’t going to be right.

Oh, that's got to be here in NE Georgia. That's what we do. Slaw, hush puppies, grits. Your taste buds going Bam, Boom Pow! The Pearl River area on LA/MS border know how to cook some fish too!

This restaurant is owned by a couple from Louisiana in Jasper, Arkansas overlooking the Arkansas canyons.
