Coaching, play-calling, working out, experience, and playing the right players? 2012's team was talented, just one of the most poorly motivated and coached teams college football has ever seen.

SC has been a different team since the hire of Elliott 4 years ago. I have met him, watched him coach his position group and heard him speak. He is the real deal. No way Appalachin State beats Michigan without Elliott. He will be an OC or maybe even HC soon.

Not saying ours will end up being the best but we also are returning 4/5 starters.
