Mizzou. But I think aTm beats us head to head

Make no mistake about it, our coaches are not dumb. They know the strength of the team is the offensive line and the running backs. They will adjust to what the defense gives them. Its not like we have decided before the season starts that we are going to pass the ball 70% of the time.
We will show 5 wide, 2 back shotgun package with 2 rbs or an rb and te. Pistol formation, diamond, and under center.

No less than 8? Really?
You don't see 5 losses between
Alabama
Georgia
South Carolina
Florida
Texas A&M
Arizona State
UCF
and Vanderbilt?

Nope guess I only see 4 losses there, and I'm thinking I may be wrong on either Flarduh or A&M, if one of those is a win who knows...

Some new blood, DGB (he'll be a starter before the end of the year), QB Franklin is 100% this year, Moe is still Moe, offensive line will be fine and the desire to prove themselves after months of being told they will never compete in the SEC cause they're not good enough, big enough or fast enough. Talk about a battleship size chip on the shoulder.
Even though the Aggies have and will have a better recruiting class, I'll take Mizzou.

So the shoulder surgery (same surgery that Jerrod Johnson never recovered from) didn't happen?

Let me get this straight...you're going to beat the #6 team in the country in week 2?

Do you really see W's for UGA and Arizona State? If you're fishing, carry on.
Oh, with Mizzou hurting so bad on OL, I'm going to choose aTm.

Mizzou but only because their easier conference and schedule. IMO aTm is a better team and has better talent and IMO runs the style of offense and defense that it takes to play in the SEC.

I think we should wait until the Florida game to pass judgment on that.

Yes.
And pre-season polls aren't worth dog squeeze. Georgia could be anywhere from #1 to #40. And Mizzou is the Rodney Dangerfield of national polls. I'm sure beating Georgia will hurt them more than it will help us in the polls.

Mizzou has a better record at the end of the year but not by more than 3 gasmes.
I think Mizzou beats Georgia by 3pts. We are at home and this is the game we have been waiting for since the schedule was released. Georgia has everything to lose in this game and Mizzou has everything to gain.
I wish aTm nothing but the best but they are in a much tougher side.

Mizzou gets Georgia, Vandy, Bama, and Kentucky at home. Plays @ SC, Florida, Tenn, and aTm.
Underdogs in three of those (USC, UGa, Bama)
Tossups in three (Florida, Tennessee, A&M)
Favorites in two (Vandy, Kentucky)
Probable SEC record: 4-4 (chance of going 2-4 in underdog and tossup games > chance of losing 5 of 6)

Probable SEC record: 3-5 (chance of winning underdog games is very low, 2-2 in tossups likely)

I would say Mizzou has the better offense while aTm has the better D
If A&M has a better defense, then they will probably have a better team. Sumlin will have a productive offense. They have a new QB, but return a lot otherwise on offense. I think A&M's biggest question mark this year is their defense, not their offense.

So SECR who haveth you? Tigers v3.0 or Puppy v3.0?
I will guess that Mizzou will have the better SEC record simply because of their easier schedule. It may turn on who wins their head-to-head matchup.
Overall, I think there's a good chance they'll have the same record (probably 7-5), since A&M should be a clear favorite in all of its OOC games, while Mizzou has at least one, and likely two, challenging OOC games that could go either way.
