What happens if Dabo gets Ole Miss the triple death penalty?

Sankey will not wait around and let Ole Miss' death penalty cause a revenue gap for his greedy ESPN money backers; he will pressure the league to drop Ole Miss and add another school.

The question is which school? FSU? Clemson? UNC? Da U?

It's the wild west, Dabos whiney arse just can't adjust. He is going to explode with the NCAa either does or does not do anything and a court over rules them.

Clemson is dead.

I hate clempson and dabo but this isn't adjusting. Dude was already in class in tatorville. That's tampering. The ncaa is terrified of being replaced and needs something to get power back. Ole miss is freaked.

Every school worth a shite is tampering.
Ole Miss has receipts of multiple schools tampering with our players.
NCAA is very close to getting their shite pushed in with selective enforcement.

Lt Colombo is still a faqqot.

Honestly if it is level 1 violations, will Ole Miss be subjected to the repeat offender penalties? (Freeze probation)

Imagine having this guys life.
Bet his wife (if he even has one) outweighs most players on LSU’s team.
Just sits around in his shanty in some Louisiana shite hole posting on an anonymous message board collecting mailbox money.

But they aren't doing it so stupidly as Ole miss.

What yall don't understand is dabo was praying for a distraction from the fact that his program is over and Ole miss gave him one on a silver platter. He will still be bitching about this next season .

He put the spotlight directly on the ncaa. They have no choice but to go after pete

I fully understand that my post is far too serious for this board, but there's not much the NCAA can do about tampering at the moment.

From an anti-trust perspective, the NCAA rules against tampering look like the NCAA is punishing schools for providing players with information about their current value on the open market. It isn't hard to make an argument that anti-tampering rules are an unreasonable restriction on trade. The Alston decision held that even though the NCAA has an interest in enforcing rules that provide for fair and balanced competition, that interest does not outweigh the state's interest in enforcing anti-trust regulations.

Additionally, the NCAA is currently under an injunction not to enforce their rules that say players can't negotiate NIL agreements until after they have signed with a school. The reasoning is similar to the first point -- players have a right to know what they are worth before they sign away their ability to negotiate.

So while it's obvious that a coach texting a player saying "if you enter the portal and transfer to our school, we'll pay you more than you are currently making." is a violation of current NCAA rules, it is much less clear whether or not the NCAA will actually enforce that rule because it is going to be the subject of a lawsuit that the NCAA probably will not win.

Everyone is doing it. Everyone knows everyone is doing it. And the NCAA likely can't do anything about it because they'll just lose in court again.

Also, no one should be surprised when a player sues the NCAA this spring to transfer and be immediately eligible. The "only one transfer portal" rule won't hold up either for similar reasons.

Ole Miss fans will continue to repeat this in hopes that it eventually becomes true.

Is everyone tampering? Sure.

Is every head coach texting photos of contracts to students enrolled and under contract at a different university?

Nope, just Pete Golding.

This gibberish tells me the Ole miss fan base is down to a hope and a prayer.

What did I ever do to you?

Agreed everyone is tampering, but the issue is the NCAA is going to look for a scapegoat to sacrifice, and they aren't going to go after a big money brand like Bama or LSU.

Last time they went after an upstart who making a splash in the news (SMU), sound familiar?

They might drop the hammer on Ole Miss to try to keep legitimacy, and if they do, I do not trust Sankey to respect the league's founding membership and history enough not to sell Ole Miss out.

All that is meaningless here - just don’t be a dumbass and contact the player directly, contact his agent or have someone else do so.
It’s not complicated.
