I could also see that happening as well. With raised expectations every year at Bama, it's gotta be taking a bit of a toll on him.

We were unanimous preseason #1 in 2010. Everyone was guaranteeing Bama back in the title game.

We lost 3 games and went to the Capital One Bowl. No one wanted Saban fired.

Wasn't trying to say he's in any jeopardy of losing his job. Saban could probably coach the rest of his life at Bama if he wanted to.

What I meant was coaching at such a high intensity and demanding perfection every season may eventually wear him out down the road.

Yes, we are underachievers. But I think the SEC move overall will force us to adapt and succeed.

And yes, Pinkel is on the Seat next year.

Saban - dunno, I could see him staying at Alabama another five years or him giving it another go at the NFL... he doesn't like to fail and he did at the Dolphins. I know people think he might go to Texas but that is mostly a lateral move

Miles - I don't think he will go to the NFL or another college program... but I do think when he leaves it may be just to retire. Les is a different kind of guy (maybe because of his scare with brain cyst around a decade ago) and I don't think he puts college football ahead of everything in his life (I think he wants a real retirement to enjoy at some point)

Spurrier - OBC wants to win something before he walks away from USC. If he wins the SEC or more then he might retire then

Pinkel - may get fired with another year like this year

Richt - who knows? he's young enough to keep going a long time and set all sorts of UGA records

Muschamp - will be courted by Texas when Mack leaves but I think he stays at Florida another five plus years

Sumlin - only place I'd think he be a danger of leaving for would be the NFL but I don't think they will be calling. If he succeeds at A&M he should be there a while.

@ GooseSix

I fully agree with LSU underachieving. With every other SEC school doing exactly as they should or over achieving it is truly maddening to me.

Shhh! We're hoping they don't notice their projected draft positions.

How much more does Spurrier have in him?

Spurrier has already said the Carolina is his last stop, plus he just signed an extension that will have him here until 2017.

Here are my projected moves...

By their own accord: My money is on Franklin getting a gig somewhere else.

Not by their own accord: I'm going with Gus here, without Cam to run his offense I don't think he can win big.

Of course I could be wrong, maybe some of the more questionable UGA fans get their wish and fire Richt!

Kevin Sumlin - fired.

One year wonder with inherited once in a generation player, stacked o-line, and team in general.

Perhaps, but he has that one year wonder for at least two more years.

Well he's got a plethora of four stars he's bringing/brought in.

Should be fun watching him waste all that talent. Because its inevitable, right?

I see Saban heading to one more school. Three NC from thre different schools. I don't think that has been done. Has it?

I think Sumlin to USC Trojans. Not this year but soon!

You horns are ate up with Sumlin to USC.

We'll need to pay him--and he's rightfully earned it. But I think he's seeing that he's got everything he needs here.

Two had never been done until he did it.

It's going to be funny in a few years if Franklin stays at Vandy when Ole Miss and Vandy are running their respective divisions.

That ain't gonna happen.
