Is LSU playing those players they wanted to play? Welp.
Is anyone else?
Welp
We didn’t need them regardless

LSU (wisely) did.
Correct.
Because the SEC threatened the nuclear option and presumably Rousse saw enough evidence that this hill was not worth dying on so they stepped back.
By and large, the Kiffin Missile Crisis is now over.

LSU did what it had to do in the end and didn't roster the guys and eventually filled the spots.
I don't know if it will come back, but some of the lawsuit needed to be updated because of those changes likely. The basis was around the efforts LSU was making towards that goal, and they ultimately failed to reach the goal.
Some of the lawsuit like asking to prevent LSU from doing it and so on wasn't valid any longer. If it comes back, it'll be slightly different and probably more heavily on the LOIC and the attempt.
And I'm sure there is a lot of crap going on behind the scenes that we'll never know about.
I don't think it's over but perhaps deescalated a bit.
