Look chances are someone on a spread team is going to have the most yards. Spread teams rack up more receiving yards and their WR's get more touches, not that hard to understand.

and I said this.

Bama relys more on thier run game as compared to other teams...not as compared to thier passing game.

Im not sure why this is so confusing to you. Your stats even showed that.

With Bama running the ball more than Ole Miss or A&M, Cooper will probably have less chances to get recieving yards as compared to Moncrief or Evans.

Because Bama is so balanced on offense, they pass less than unbalanced teams.

In all fairness this was the question in the OP.

Amari could be the best receiver, but it may not mean he will be the SEC leader in receiving yards. Is that really that difficult?

What I was thinking....he'll be the highest pick come draft time out of the receivers named IMO...I don't think he'll lead the SEC in receiving this year either.

The argument here is two fold. One, Alabama is balanced on offense. Meaning, they aren't as run heavy as some tend to believe. Two, Amari Cooper was only relied on for 8 of 14 games in 2012. He played sparingly the first 5 games and was injured in the LSU game. His number still placed him fifth in yards, along with leading the SEC in receiving TDs. So, I think it is possible he would improve upon those numbers. Now, that all being said, I think we'll actually spread the around to WRs and TEs more. So all of this arguing is for nothing.

I mean... AJ has peaked and Manziel will only get better. How many more yards did Manziel throw for last year? A receiver could count for 10-15% of the receptions for A&M relative to Amari at Alabama, but since AJ is so inferior to Manziel, it won't show. A shame really. Cooper is a stud.

You should really hone your craft, if you want to be like Dale Denton.

I'm a little skeptical because high draft pick wr are usually physical specimens and ACooper isn't big or a burner.
