Most meaningful victories:Texas A&M and Auburn. Conference wins are what gets you to Atlanta, and these teams took one step closer.
Significant victories with positive Strength of Schedule impact: Georgia, LSU, Alabama. I don't think Clemson, Wisconsin and West Virginia will win their leagues, but they look like bowl teams with winning records. So these wins all have value if at end of year you are making a case for an at large spot in the 4 team playoff or bowl selections due to strength of schedule,
Wins with no likely Strength of Schedule value: Missouri, Mississippi State, Ole Miss, Kentucky. I guess it is possible Ole Miss' victory over Boise State could look better at end of season. I did not watch the game, so somebody else who did could perhaps judge that one differently.
Losses with negative Strength of Schedule impact. Vanderbilt. That one was just brutal.
The Biggest Losses: South Carolina, Arkansas . These are conference losses.
To be determined: Tennessee, Florida.

USC is a better team and the game was on the road as opposed to at home for Georgia.
Georgia's second half defense was better, though. A&M has a much more complete offense however. Mason wasn't overly impressive.

Which win was better A&M or UGA?
Clemson has recently played in big games (like this) and have won a couple; while South Carolina seems like they sputter against cupcakes before cranking it up a few games into the season.

After watching both games I think the correct answer is aTm because it was a conference win on the road. But I'm not so sure South Carolina is better than Clemson this year. Clemson's front 7 is better than anything Carolina has to offer.

You know...I was a little worried that the SEC would be a little down this year. but after seeing A&M and our game...then KNOWING that Alabama and LSU and Florida and South Carolina would come back and be tough (or at least expecting this)...the SEC might be as tough or tougher than it has ever been.
Fully agree. Every year is tumultuous and hard to now how it plays out til it plays out. I still have huge respect for LSU, Florida, Missouri, bama, auburn, and definitely South Carolina, plus those Mississippi teams are coming on. Anything can and will happen.
