The second team O ran a much atypical Alabama offensive game plan, no information can be gleaned from the 1st team as it relates to the run game from last Saturday

Alabama fans saying their running backs will be better than LSU's, based simply on talent, is quite hypocritical due to the fact that Alabama fans disagree with the fact that LSU fans think Mettenberger will be a really good QB...
Wait...
What the, when did this...
DAMNIT! You beat me and everyone else.

If the latter is true, then you'd know that LSU is returning a TON of talent and avg about 310 across the front
I understand that, but I am of the opinion that UA will field a better O-line. It is nothing more than my opinion, and I am not trying to force it on anyone.
Fluker and Cyrus on the ends with Jones holding down the center has this UA fan excited.

So running backs are better just because they play for Bama? Gotcha.
Well, Alabama has seen each of its last three starting RBs drafted in the top two rounds of the NFL draft.

You didn't get the memo? As soon as a recruit touches the glorious soil which is held only in Tuscaloosa, they are automatically better than everyone else.

Well, you're in every Alabama thread showing your hypocrisy. So, there's that.

I actually just averaged out our offensive line size and it's 324 lbs. Not 310.
From LT to RT:
325
320
305
330
340

Not sure you can really decipher the two...very talented backfields with very talented/experienced OLs. Yeldon IMO might be best of bunch. I think he takes away carries form the older guys this year.

In the spring game Alabama's Ones (the 1st team offense) devoted more much energy to testing the passing game than they did to establishing the run.
Which tells me they feel confident about the running game.

I could see what he was trying to set up from a mile away, I wanted to steal his thunder.

You are right. LSU isnt going to be anywhere near as good as Alabama in the backfield. Lacy is already better than anyone on LSU's roster. Yeldon, as a freshman is going to bring back memories of Trent Richardson's freshman year, not to mention Jalston Fowler is probably the best bruiser back in the SEC and if Dee Hart can keep healthy, he will definitely be an outstanding #4 that could probably be a #2 at any team in the SEC other than Bama or LSU.
HOLY
frickING
shite

No, it's because they are going to run for Bama and will simply continue the recent history of best RB tandems in the SEC for Bama. Coffee/Ingram, Ingram/Richardson, Richardson/Lacy, Lacy/whoever, etc, etc.
Do you really need to turn it into that? His argument is fricking retarded because Hart and Yeldon are both really talented RBs who will be running behind a really talented and experienced OL. Anyone with a semi functioning brain and a rudimentary knowledge of football would come to the conclusion that talented runners behind a talented line are going to be productive.

Again, this is fricking stupid. RB is all about talent. Even a lazy shithead like Crowell produced. Why? Talent. The QB position has dozens of variables that impact performance. RBs need talent and a decent line and they are good to go.

Robot, you are making too much sense. You don't belong in this thread.

I haven't been apart of many of the Mettenberger discussion threads, so I didn't see it coming as well as you did. You did a good job of pointing that out.

Because you know I'm right. It's so hypocritical to hype up your unknown guys but turn around and think LSU won't be upgrading at QB.
