Even though neither have ever started a game, you say this based on talent, correct? You know they will be good players, have seen production in practice and are certain they will produce, correct?

EL is better than anyone on LSUs team!

This is based on what was seen in the Spring Game where they were playing against each other. Very accurate assumption.

Let's see how they do when they are playing against defenses that they don't practice against every day.

With a decent OL:
UGA
Isaiah Crowell
Keith Marshall
Ken Malcome
Richard Samuel
In reality: Alabama

LSU backs' toes are better than EL's. Seems that boy has turf toe every year.

No, it's because they are going to run for Bama and will simply continue the recent history of best RB tandems in the SEC for Bama. Coffee/Ingram, Ingram/Richardson, Richardson/Lacy, Lacy/whoever, etc, etc.
Your attempt to turn this thread into a Mettenberger (sp?) is going to be good thread is denied.

Bama, but not because the RB's are better...the OL will be better.
Do you only watch LSU one time a year or do you legitimately keep up with their players? If the latter is true, then you'd know that LSU is returning a TON of talent and avg about 310 across the front, not to mention the fact that JC is one of the best FBs in the country.

If yall would have signed Kenny Hilliard you would not even know how to spell EL.

In the spring game Alabama's Ones (the 1st team offense) devoted more much energy to testing the passing game than they did to establishing the run.

You mean Copland. Stampley graduated.

So running backs are better just because they play for Bama? Gotcha.

And Alabama brings back four starters, including a two time All-American and Outland Trophy winner. Plus, we average 6-5 320 across the front.

The fact that you knew exactly where I was going just proves the hypocrisy of some of your fans, hyping up guys who have never seen the field, but denying LSU could upgrade BIG TIME at QB this year with a 4 star JUCO player who your savior even recruited.

Well, it's kind of a chicken and egg thing. Are they the best because they play for Bama or do they play for Bama because they are the best? One of life's great mysteries, but the end result is the same.
