I don't think Jones is big enough for tackle at the next level. He is definitely a guard type player.

No doubt. I was talking shite about Blue earlier and a few people took it to heart, but he's good. (Though I still say Hilliard/Ware/Ford are better.) I think that Mett, as a first year starter, won't put up more than say 2800 yards against the SEC if all of those backs are to get plenty of carries. Though if he stays for his Senior year (he'll be a Junior this year, correct?) he'll throw for at least 3300.
My excitement about Mett has nothing to do with numbers. I don't expect over 3,000 yards because that's just not the type of team we are. But I do think he provides a far superior passing and leadership role that was needed last year.

I don't know much about Mett and his personality dynamics. He has already won over the locker room ?

He was already asserting himself last year.

Definitely an interior player, just not enough traits to stay outside.

Mine is three inches but going at 200mph it does a lot of damage.

Have you ever heard that joke?

If that is the case. Les is a fricking moron. But, he might not have known the playbook.

Am I the only one that finds it sad how TT just sits waiting for someone to talk to him to the point that he is on page 14 of an LSU/Alabama thread trying to make jokes about penis size?
I was just making conversation with a funny poster. Is that a problem?

thats what i think he'll have yardage wise. i think his td to int ratio is going to be huge though. i think he had something like 32tds to 4 picks in juco a few years back. with the running game he's going to have, i don't see any reason why he can't be successful in his completion percentage and his td to int ratio.

knowing the playbook or not, while jefferson was out (due to the suspension) mettenberger should have played. LSU was beating teams by 20+ points and he never saw the field. i don't understand how les mishandled that situation, and i will never defend him on that.
