Which team was a thorn in your arse every year?

For me Arkansas during the Houston Nutt era was a pain in lsu’s arse. I hated playing them every year on Black Friday while everybody played on Saturday. When we had to play them on the road it was at Little Rock. Almost every game was close and had shootouts with them. I hated matt Jones and Alex McFadden lol.

Why did LSU fans bitch about playing in little rock? Closer, smaller stadium, not nearly as loud as Fayetteville, overall just an easier road environment. I know the couple times Bama played in little rock the crowd was no factor at all.
Was it bitching just to be bitching. I'll bet had Bama gotten little rock all those years LSU would have flooded the sec office with emails over how unfair Bama getting the easier stadium was.

This is only a thing here really. Over history, we whine about not covering the obvious guy who keeps beating us, or not making tackles, or missing kicks, or kicking it out of bounds, or not having a spy on a QB who isn't that fast but keeps getting 1st down runs on us. The ref thing only really sticks for games at Jordan Hare. Bama games don't come down to refs, apart from PP getting that legit INT that was reviewed and subsequently REC'd. Otherwise we just plain lose that damn game.

I think because everybody played Arkansas in Fayetteville and we were the only sec team to not play there. I remember hearing a lot of fans who went to Little Rock say it was trash fans at the game compared to fans at Fayetteville.

For me MSU always. After playing our non rival LSU, I am assured we will sleep through the MSU game and get a scare nearly every year

Auburn, we could never beat them even when favored:
2002: AUB goes into Swamp and pulls the upset

Honestly, it's still kansas. But I remember hearing a tennessee fan make fun of us our first year in the sec when we got pummeled by Alabama (like we're the only one to ever get pummeled by Alabama). The dude said stuff like we're a joke, a waste of time, why are we in the sec....stuff like that. I never had anything against Tennessee, until that moment. And, well, our first sec road victory was against ______________.

If that happened you were likely being trolled by another team's alter who was posing as one of us. The only time we think of Mizzou is game time and/or whenever you post something mentioning us.

We are 9-8 against Mizzou, but we started out 6-0, including a 73-0 win in like 1994. But they’ve had our number since then.
