We've beaten a playoff team by a tuddy and an SEC team by 2 tuddies. Why should we not be #2 in the country?

Because you’re not the second best team in your conference, you’re terribly injured, and you’ve yet to play the meat of your schedule.
Cincinnati is not the team from last year or two years ago. They lost a ton. You handled USC but they are the 3rd or 2nd worst team in the sec least.
Y’all are good. Enjoy it. But if you keep racking up injuries you’ll lose at minimum 3 games.

Correct. We cannot afford any more injuries in the secondary. Arkansas got a good team this year, but there's a lot of season to play. We could contend for the west or we could finish middle of the pack.

He is a great coach. Give him another year or two to develop depth across the roster and he's going to be winning most his games. If things stay on this trajectory.

Alabama.
They struggled against several teams last year and still won the West.
That said, I don't think they are quite as good as many were anticipating them to be this season as of yet.
Texas is not a good team.
