OSU couldn't beat a freshman QB at home. VT looked horrible on offense against Bama. OU laid an egg. Based on their performance so far putting them ahead of LSU and Ole Miss make you look like a moron and a homer.

Not sure what Cal or GT have done to make you think they are good especially since within the last 5 games GT was stomped by LSU.

Obviously nobody takes you seriously anyhow. I guess everyone needs their version of CPA.

You were trying to be funny and it's actually more accurate than your serious picks.

I guess you got FIU ranked around # 22?

LSU is not a top-15 team right now. LSU would lose to UGA, Fla, Bama, and Ole Miss easily as of today

Based on what? Just on LSU's play? or maybe it was Ole Miss's domination of Memphis? or Bama's domination of FIU? UGA's impressive performance against Carolina? Ole Miss doesn't play anyone until Sept 24th. How do you get a gauge on them? Although LSU has not been world-beaters, the games were not as bad as you think (at least the Vandy game). Come back off the ledge. Watch the replay.

There is no such thing as an overrated SEC team. Overrated is for the Big 10 and Pac 10.

This is the only correct answer!

Outside of Florida, everyone has question marks. 2 games into the season and morons are on here saying teams are overrated. if USC, Bama, Ole Miss, LSU, Penn St., etc are overrated, who is a legitimate #2,3,4,5,6? I don't like them at all, but this time last year nobody was talking about Ole Miss. Look how they finished their season. I doubt Bama played with the same intensity against FIU as they did VT. I'm sure we'll see a different LSU team once we get to the heart of the schedule. Right now, just win and get better.

Agree, and actually UF hasn't played anybody either. We will see UF on Saturday. I think they are the real deal, but they haven't played anyone yet.
By October 3rd, we should have a better feel for who is real and who is overrated.

I answered "why" already.

Not on a ledge and watched replays.

Realism is difficult for many homers like you.

You on that spideytube panty-sniffing list too?

What the hell is that?
Although I do try to be optimistic, my point is that besides UF, who else has shown you anything? Not saying LSU would win, but why do you think OM would beat us? or UGA? Maybe Bama and UF, but the others have played not any better than we have.

What has UF shown? Everything right now is based on either last year's performance or talent level.

I said in an earlier post that LSU appears to me to lack confidence right now, as of today.

Defense is still getting the hang of Chavis so it should improve as the years goes on.

JJ is doing well, but the OL is not as good as expected.

JJ looked uncomfortable all night vs. Vandy primarily due to the OL.

UGA is tough at home and their offense is better than they showed vs. OSU.

Bama is good on both sides of the ball.

Ole Miss has an offense and a D-line that would give us fits right now.

Question was which team is most overrated. As of today LSU is and I gave reasons why and who would beat us.

That is as of today, but UGA is a couple of weeks away so it can change.

LSU needs more confidence than they have now heading into UGA.

Just curious, which 10 teams would definitely beat us right now?

UGA is tough at home and their offense is better than they showed vs. OSU.
Gave up 427 yards at home to SC. were lucky to win.

Bama is good on both sides of the ball.
Probably playing the best right now. Agree with you.

Ole Miss has an offense and a D-line that would give us fits right now.
Were unimpressive in game against Memphis. If Sneed plays like that again, they will be out of the picture quickly.

Question was which team is most overrated.
Most over-rated is OM. They are favored, along with Bama, to win the west and looked anything but impressive against Memphis.

As of today LSU is and I gave reasons why and who would beat us.
Agree to disagree.

They haven't looked great so far but I just can't pick 10 teams that I'd put in front of them.

Exactly. No, we haven't looked that good so far, but there aren't 10 teams that are better either.

No way to tell yet. we haven't started playing "big boy football". Ole Miss and LSU are neither overrated or underrated at this point. Alabama isn't either for that matter. We're jut playing our tune up games.

In two weeks, we'll start to see who the big dogs are, and who can't run with them.
