It's South Carolina. We suck in Football, hoops, and boreball. The AD dropped a nuke on this program.

Arkansas has more NCAA championships than any other program in the SEC. That means more than LSU so if Arkansas is on the list than so is LSU.
Not to mention Arkansas has won championships in Football, Basketball, and we all know should have won it in baseball two years ago.
Arkansas has struggled in football as of late but has been one of the best all around programs in the country for years.

Overall we actually aren’t horrible. Sure our football history is bottom of the barrel but we have a decen basketball track record and have won the SEC tournament and regular season in recent history as well has made the final four in 1996. Baseball is top 4 in the conference historically and women’s basketball is a good program.
So out of the four major sports we have a good to decent history in three of them

I think Tennessee & South Carolina are in tough spots currently, overall historically maybe State followed by SCAR.

I would say Tenn.is near he bottom. Simply because they have all of the resources needed to win, in every sport yet never win titles in anything and it's been that way for 20 years now.

UGAs last title in the big 3 was baseball in 1990. If that’s your metric the Vols are ahead of them.

Vandy has done OK in the secondary and tertiary sports from what I remember and not that long ago they were quite good in baseball.
Not to pile on, but it is probably Mississippi State with Ole Miss just ahead of them. I do not say that to knock the Mississippi schools. I think they share too much talent between them, especially with Southern Miss vacuuming up the second tier talent.
Both have great and passionate fan bases, but they don't seem able to compete across an array of sports or dominate one sport they specialize in.
