a flagship school is just the main campus of a university system.

Spoken like a true little brother. One might also argue that “a navy is just a collection of boats,” but you don’t see the Coast Guard going around calling themselves the co-Navy, because they have some goddamn self respect. Honestly, every time someone tries to use the term “co-flagship,” I hear Dwight Schrute in my head, trying to convince everyone that being assistant to the regional manager is the same thing as being assistant regional manager.

You can ride with Cornelius "commodore" Vandebilt so named because he owned a railroad. I'll ride with Admiral "damn the torpedoes!" Farragut.

I'm sure the commodore's yacht is much prettier though.

You would not believe. Gold toilets, man. The glare alone would make you miss the bowl.

Did Farragut have any substantial connection to UT other than living nearby? Regardless, it's telling you'd pick a man so suicidal that he just runs straight into a bunch of mines (I believe 'torpedoes' back then were just stationary explosives) rather than formulate a real strategy. Though that does go a long way toward explaining your football HC hires of late....

You are funny in a stupid way, I suppose. The way you say that Troy has bragging rights on Alabama though they have never met on the gridiron is funny because it's stupid, like you.

Correct.

Troy has bragging rights over bama, because bama is afraid to play them.

Same with Auburn.

The University of Louisiana.

One of the fastest growing universities in the state, located in one of the best cities in the state that features true Louisiana culture that people from all over the world want to experience, also has one of the nicest up and coming campuses in the state.

Prove me wrong.
