Yeah. Not a problem with me. GT does just fine against UGAs defense year in and year out. Might lose more times than win but it's rarely in spite of the offense. This year being the only exception but our offense had a rough year against everybody.
Anyways, our QB has beaten many more top programs than anything UGA trots out there so let me know when your pro style QB starts to pan out. I'll be waiting.

The Eason hype train really is getting out of control imo. My good UGA buddy that has never paid attention to recruiting was telling me about Eason the other day. This kid is going to have a shitload of pressure on him to be the next Peyton or Luck.

GT offense is literally stuck in the past and the reason it is still somewhat effective is because no one fricking runs it anymore so you get very little time to prepare for it. That being said, Georgia whips that arse more often than not.
We fire our coach after a 9-3 season. GT wins 3 games and your coach isn't even on the hotseat.

what's really sad is that that probably isn't a college kid, it's some 40 or 50 year old loser trying to act like a college kid by talking how the kids do these days. I mean really, nobody says shawty anymore. Reminds me of this

Tbh, I think Eason is going to be a great one as long as he is developed properly but god help him if he isn't a world beater from the start. Eason is probably the most hyped QB out of high school since Jimmy Clausen.

UGA fans aren't "putting him on a pedestal". That would be if we were saying he's definitely going to be the best QB we've ever had or whatever. What we ARE saying is that we have only 2 scholarship QBs going into next year, 1 of which sucks and the other is untested but has sucked when he's played. It's more of a "hey, this guy is probably going to be pretty damn good, and will almost surely be as good as who we already have" which is why it's so important we get him. Everyone in our fanbase knows if he starts in '16 we're looking at a half year minimum before it clicks, like what happened in stafford's freshman year.
But nah...let our rivals continue to spout the idiocy of what our fanbase does or doesn't think. They know better than us I suppose.

Umm...we aren't firing a guy who went 11-3 with a NY6 bowl win over a team from the SEC West that was number 1 for over half the year just last year. If UGA had a season like that with wins over Clemson, Miss St, UGA (or I guess a Auburn) to you guys) and only losing by 2 to a playoff team in FSU in the conference title nobody would hear the end of it. Yes UGA wins 9-10 games a year, but year in and year out UGA gets skull drug in big games and they end each year in sunny Florida. You guys can't even make a NY6 or former BCS bowl. Paul Johnson has played in 2 of those since he has been here and won one just last year.
This year was an anomaly. GT may have some off years but PJ has enjoyed way more national success than Richt did in the last 7 years. In other words, GTs good years tend to be really good where UGA is always just average.

Nice rant, bro. I'm not digging at UGA fans for being stoked about Eason. Anyone on here would be lying if they said they wouldn't be ecstatic to land him and rightfully so but you can't tell me that the hype train on Eason has almost gotten out of hand. He's going to be under tremendous pressure to play and play well immediately by your fan base whether that's fair or not.
