Lot of new coordinators this season, so who has had the most positive impact so far? List is off the top of my head so if I left someone off feel free to add.
In no particular order:
Brian VanGorder -- Defensive coordinator, Auburn
Brent Pease -- Offensive coordinator, Florida
Mark Snyder -- Defensive coordinator, aTm
Kliff Kingsbury -- Offensive coordinator, aTm
Sal Sunseri -- Defensive coordinator, Tennessee
Scot Loeffler -- Offensive coordinator, Auburn
Doug Nussmeier -- Offensive coordinator, Alabama
Not sure if Paul Petrino or Lorenzo Ward count because of their previous affiliations with Ark and USCe.

Off Coordinator at Auburn without a doubt.

AU has shown improvement across the board in every defensive category. Since we were so low, all he had to do was his job and we would improve. He has done just that.

By default, you can't get much worse at defense than they were last year.

It's either Kingsbury or Pease. Sumlin is a damn good coach in his own right, but I think Kingsbury understands what he wants to do with the program.
Pease was wanted by the top SEC programs and for good reason. The man knows how to put his players in the right positions. They haven't been explosive yet, but they have improved, and look dramatically better than last year. Although the offensive output is statistically similar as under Weis through his first four games, Gator fans can tell there is a method to his madness in how he positions players, etc.

Bama and Florida both offered Pease the job.

Not a coordinator, but for the most positive impact for A&M, I would say strength and conditioning coach Larry Jackson. Last year we were gassed in every second half and star players like Moore couldn't stay in the game every long.
Out of the coordinators, I would say Brent Pease has had the most impact. While Kingsbury's offense is putting up decent numbers, our problem hasn't been offense the last few years.

While I like Kingsbury, if you asked me who made a bigger impact of our two new coordinators it would be Snyder hands down.
I think people overestimate our offense and underestimate our defense because we run so many plays. We get and give up more yards than anyone else but so far we play about 40-50% more snaps than the average SEC team.

Agreed. Snyder has overachieved heartily. I had very low expectations for our defense and I have been pleasantly surprised.
