It's Pease.

Even though his Total Defense ranking is 13th, you can't count Lorenzo Ward b/c technically he had the title Def Coordinator last year, (even though we all know it was Ellis Johnson calling the shots.)

I'd like to add the Florida Strength and Conditioning Coach Jeff Dillman. The guy has made Florida into a four quarters team, rather than a team that breaks at half (see almost every game last year).

Might have to throw Ole Miss' offensive coordinator, Dan Werner, into the mix. Ole Miss' offense has taken a complete 180 degree turn compared to last year. Ole Miss is like 23rd in offense going into this weekend.
