Morgan State bitches! Actually Bozeman was greatly helped by the fact that he is African-American and Morgan State is a historical black college who was desperate. Although his off-court behavior has been atrocious, Bozeman's actually done a great job for the most part taking Morgan State to their only two NCAA tournament appearances in the history of their program. So the gamble did pay off for Morgan State but again if Bozeman was white, he probably never would have gotten the opportunity to coach for them so Pearl might be out of luck in that regard.
