Where is the "Larry the Bowling Ball" trophy now?

Apparently, there is a bowling ball trophy named "Larry" for the Arkansas-Mississippi State football series. MSU won this year, but supposedly Arkansas has held on to the trophy even though MSU rightly won it. Arky has surrendered the Southwest Classic and Battle for the Boot trophies to A&M and LSU respectively, as they should have since they lost those games too. But why do the Razorbacks get to keep the Larry trophy?

Because it was showcasing us going bowling.

So Arkansas doesn't actually surrender it to MSU until the Razorbacks become fully bowl eligible? Interesting concept to have a trophy with strings attached beyond the usual head-to-head competition.

It's not a trophy, it's a bowling ball. Sam got someone to go to the bowling alley to get a used ball and the ball they got had the name Larry on it.
He rolled it in the locker room after the game because they had become bowl eligible. Sam having a little fun.

But Pittman includes it in his immaculate portrait taken with all of the other trophies that Arkansas won last year. MSU earned the ball with the win this year. That's how rivalries work; if you lose, you hand over the award.

The trophies and a bowl game, pretty simple. It was a fun year after what we’ve been through..
