Whatever makes you sleep good at night. I’m just saying there’s probably a 0.0 chance that he’s actually Daniel, and XWing probably could lose an actual civil suit. You don’t have to prove monetary damages, simply proving that a statement damages a reputation is sufficient. Calling an individual a racist repeatedly without evidence in today’s climate is probably more than sufficient. If Xwing was smart he would probably apologize and promise to not do it again

I can find a few dozen examples of him calling people racist and a few dozen more examples of him being racist

You claim he isn't Daniel so there's no damage to any "reputation" except his "texag7" username and an alter ego can't technically have a "reputation."
