That's not how burden of proof works, you dumb farmer. But I wouldn't expect a school that bought a tier 4 law school in the past 4 years to know that.

No one said "t.u." was ever displayed. What she did show, however, is proof that "Texas University" was displayed on programs and publications that didn't involve A&M. Whether it was on official letterhead or not is a requirement you are attempting to add in order to move the goal posts to appeal a ruling you don't like that is not in your favor.
Have fun with the alter you have been holding in reserve since 2014 though.

A school playing UT in the 60s put "texas university" on the program (likely for copy and efficiency reasons).
