We all care about football a lot but also realize that signing Malzahn to an extension in 2017 screwed the program for the next 6-7 years.

And what the boosters did to Harsin likely screwed the program for an additional 5-6 years.

Unfortunately we’re the new Tennessee.

Iron Puppets would argue with you. He’d say it’s all part of the master plan.

Which fanbase is the cult again, Iron Suckit?

You are not a Cult if a very few think like that. In Bama's case the entire fanbase acts like the loons on here. The true example of a Cult.

But you criticize Bama for barely beating an AU team on the road with 85K stark-raving mad fans, half of whom sacrificed their first born for the sake of a win which they failed to get.

See this example of the Bama Cult. First of all AU had mailed in the season. The backup QB wasn't capable of beating a SC and the Offense had no punch. Most AU fans had mailed it in and were selling their tickets to the game. The rumor was that Bama would have more fans at the game. 85 stark raving fans.? What a fricked up statement and a big denial that Bama really was an average team at times. AU was 6-6 and it took 4OTs.

Dye copied what he learned from Bryant. The only difference is Dye didn't pay recruits, he had a system to pay current players in need, it didn't make them more competitive. Only dumbass Bammers think that is the same

"Pat Dye didn't pay players, he just gave them money. Totally different thing."

Holy shite, you never stop getting worse as a poster. You've already dug a hole straight through the Earth to the other side, so you shouldn't be able to dig any deeper, but somehow despite all the laws of physics you do. You motherfricking do.

Iron Puppet just exposes the truth about what the Bama fanbase really is and most other fans feel similar. They just do not prefer the mass attacks by the Cult, I love watching it.

I knew Dye's system very well. I also knew what was going on at Bama. This has been discussed in the past on here.

Self-incriminating a little?

Well if your track history has taught me anything, it's that anytime Irons Puppet makes a claim with zero evidence to support it, he should be believed 100% of the time.

Not really the plan of signing Gus was to show the CF world that AU was willing to pay top dollar for a coach. They just picked the wrong coach.

Harsin's situation was caused by disgruntled Gus supporters and players and the University had to investigate. Not like what happened at Tennessee. Got rid of the deadwood at AU, on and off the field.

fricking evidence? Lol You obviously have no clue what went on and have never known a former player. You don't know the names involved or any names. You are just the typical sidewalk fan.

Stidham bringing Truth & Logic to the rescue!

Malzahn, with prompting from Jimmy Sexton bent Auburn over a barrel using threats of Arkansas, comical. The AU Admin/PTB allowed themselves to be screwed in the arse. The AU Admin/PTB showed that arse a few months ago trying to screw Harsin.

I don't believe Auburn will wallow in the desert for 2 decades like UT. But your PTB/boosters still are splintered on NIL and that alone may set the program back for yrs.

Irons was once a very good AU poster, could discuss a wide range of sports and football topics. He was rational and sensible at one time. Now he comes off as a bitter, disgruntled old curmudgeon.

I'm gonna take credit for the lion's share of that metamorphosis!

I broke his arse!

I wish they had just called his bluff. Arkansas fans may correct me, but I can't imagine they would have paid Malzahn anywhere close to what that extension was (if they would've hired him at all). He would've fractured that fanbase even worse.
