Wouldn't be surprised to see one when USCe plays Vandy in this season's opener.
Can both teams be shut out?

With the offenses the way they are now, it's hard to get a shutout
With the history of Muschamp's offenses.... I imagine it's highly likely to happen in his tenure there.

I'm sure it will, multiple times.

Yes, and after 9 overtimes, the winner is decided by a best of 3 rock/paper/scissors match

Against VANDY? They're already producing the algorithm.

We'll get shutout of that too.

Just amazes me that he hired Roper. Him sucking here wasn't enough to try someone new?
You could score on defense though... or get a turnover in FG range, so there's that.

Except our best defensive player is out for the season
It's gonna be a tough year for Gamecock football.

Arkansas shut out LSU and OM back to back
That ruined a 12-year scoring streak for LSU. Here's to another one.

What?
A lot of our games last season were actually remarkably close considering we won 3 games. A&M, Tennessee, and even Clemson all came to the 4th quarter. Hell, at Tennessee if our TE doesn't fumble we had a chance to tie the game with a FG.
It is what it is though. Hardly "garbage time".

I paid $2200 for a ticket to our last shutout.

that's a lot of money to watch Arkansas beat LSU

Vanderbilt did that vs Louisville in 1971.
