No they can't. I mean, anything can happen...but I looked at the depth chart the other day on the o-line and almost started crying.
The Good news is we will most likely have the same starting O-Line for the next three years.

You should be able to figure out the next time.
You guys should have brought back the missing piece to complete the pattern for this year when you had the chance to correct your mistake after Kiffen took a better job.

convincingly win the east and dominate? it'll take a while or it might not happen at all(depending on how good Dooley is).
get beat by UF, UGA beats UF, we beat UGA and backdoor our way in to SECCG like in '07? it could happen as soon as we fill the needed positions in our depth chart.

Kiffin had a better chance of crapping golden eggs than winning the SEC East

This is true. In 2012, they should be at full staff all around...but that's a long 2 seasons away.

I think we could win it next year but more than likely two or three years in the future.

I can't see Georgia winning the East within the next three years either.
Of course you can't, you're just as bad as geauxtigers468 or whatever his name is. Why exactly do you think that? I'll go ahead and preemptively state your standard, go-to insult as it relates to UGA football: "We beat you last year!" Good, now with that out of the way...why do you think Florida will win the east the next 3 years? Because if you look at every little aspect that goes into a successfull football program, Georgia is much better positioned to win the east the next 3 years than UT is.

Dwindling head coach, has always underperformed relative to talent, incapable of beating UT or UF on a regular basis. Frequent losses to Kentucky. UGA is not going to Atlanta anytime soon.
GTFO off the thread if you don't like it, but you haven't been to Atlanta since 2005, and you've been steadily treading down hill since then. Everyone who doesn't bark at opposing fans can see it.

I got ripped apart on here last week for saying Tennessee wins the SEC within the next 5-6 years...
But I still think it'll happen
But I still think it'll happen

Dwindling head coach
Last year was his worst ever, no denying that. He made the necessary coaching changes though. The year before that he finished with 10 wins and a top 10 national ranking. The year before that finished #2 in the country.

Debatable. Averages 10 wins a year and has won the east 3 times. This is all without a top 2 or 3 recruiting class like Bama or UF has gotten.

incapable of beating UT
What a truly idiotic response. His record is 5-4 against UT.

Frequent losses to Kentucky
Another gem. He's 7-2 against UK. Define "frequent".
Once again you prove that you don't know shite and all you have to say is "we won last year".

UGA will be back in the SECCG in no less than 3 years.

In the past three seasons UGA is a combined 9-10 against the SEC EAST. Yes that includes Vanderbilt and Kentucky. Treading downhill is an understatement. I only know the symptoms because I witnessed them first hand myself at Tennessee. UGA is in for a LOOONG decade.

UT won the SEC in 2007 going 6-2 in conference.
You seriously think UT can go 6-2 in 2010?
Vs Florida
Vs Bama
@ LSU
@ UGA
@ SC
If UT wins 2 of those it'll be a miracle.

in 2010? nobody does. I said AFTER we fill our needed positions in our depth chart. and that will take at least 2 full classes. right now it's depleted as they come for UT.

And yet still finished with 2 top 10 finishes and 3 bowl wins. And it's a great thing that games against the west (7-2 over that time span) count just as much as they do against the east.

Treading downhill is an understatement.
For some reason, you and about ten thousand other people bury your head in the sand and refuse to acknowledge the major, underlying problem we've had the last few years. Our defensive coaching/fundamentals were atrocious, we had a lousy DC, and there was no discipline. Each of those issues has been rectified, but it's as if it never happened. If our staff remained status quo after last year, I'd be terrified and would agree with you. But it's not, we've upgraded. And even WITH all those faults, we STILL won pretty damn consistently.

I always thought Fulmer solved his problems when he replaced a coordinator too. It took me about 6 years to realize the OC wasn't the problem.
