He hasn't been right about anything relating to Auburn in years. Again, he was so much pushing for Steele that many subscribers wanted him off the sight. He has continued to be wrong with Harsin all year. But I guess the site owner is loyal to him.

No, I made my bet on the second part of my post. If Sankey blocked Nick MFifng Saban from hiring him as an assistant, logic doesn’t allow me to believe he’s all of a sudden cool with him being a head coach. Marshall’s emphatic statement above was posted last night - long after I made my bet.
Also, it’s widely known and discussed by multiple Auburn media members that as long as Gouge is running the show, Freeze isn’t getting a call.
I’ve never posted on any Auburn board. I do enjoy reading the dumpster fire on the reg.

The site owner is Ron Sanders, who started talking about Harsin being fired around week 10 of the season. He’s been much more anti-Harsin than Marshall.

Again, he interviewed twice to replace Gus and would have been the front runner if not for Greene stepping in and allowed to hire someone on his own.
Sankey didn't want anything to distract from the OU/UT expansion announcement. Right now, AU is willing to tell him to go to hell. Gogue is lame duck right now and the key figure is LTG Burgess. I guess you depend on Scoop Marshall for all your information ?

One of those losses to Vandy was in year 5. If you want to hire a guy who loses to Vandy in his fifth year at a program, have at it.

No, Auburn fans remember losing to Freeze at home with a good Auburn team. How he was prepared much better than Gus and how his game day play calling was much better. They also know the condition of the program when Freeze to Ole Miss over.
