what about games that you went in giving your team zero chance and they somehow pulled it out?
quote:Such a dumbass remark. Miles never coached a game at LSU where he was EXPECTED to lose. Most of the time, people cursed that he didn't win by enough.
We had so many of those when Les Miles was the coach that I wouldn't know where to start.
I'd have to go with the Auburn game in 2017. They were good, LSU was reeling, we thought that was going to be a blowout. It started out that way.

Both of Mizzous was 2014.
2014 against Florida when we scored 42 points with barely over 100 yards of offense.
Also 2014 when we beat UCONN 6-3. 6 to fricking 3.

2008 Mississippi State game. Auburn scored all the points for both teams.

For LSU, 2010 Tennessee and it's not even close.

Yea I don't think in our lifetime we'll see another 3-2 final. I wonder in the modern era if there's ever been a 2-0 final score?Lol

1984 Iron Bowl. Bo ran the wrong way and then had a chance to win with a McGinty field goal and he missed a gimme. Auburn had a much better team but was just snakebit...similar to some recent Iron Bowls where Auburn shouldn't have been in the game but somehow Bama couldn't get it together.

Demolishing #1 Texas in 1981.

Gimme wass about 50 yards IIRC. The real WTF was Pat Dye passing on the gimme FG before Bo. He claimed he didn't like the angle from the left hash. McGinty transferred to Florida and kicked a walk off FG to beat Auburn a few years later

Honorable mention would go to 1997 Florida, but it wasn't like that was wholly unexpected

The '97 Florida Gators finished ranked in the Top 5. It's not like they were pushovers.

I agree.....Pretty big dogs in both. I would also add the 1991 game vs Notre Dame when we were down 31-3 and came back and won 35-34.

Our football victory against Tennessee in Knoxville in 1992. We were freaking bad news bears awful and Tennessee was ranked 4th in the nation.

2015 UF vs #3 Ole Miss.
Just totally destroyed them.
2006 UF vs Ohio State. I thought we had a chance because of the defense, but my god, the total destruction of OSU I did not see coming.

2007 Georgia. We were 2-2 with a loss to Cal and were just coming off a 59-20 loss to Florida. Georgia was like 5-0 and ranked 12th in the country and we just absolutely throttled them
