This wasn't the snapper. It was the goons who stand back in front of the punter.

Reading comprehension not strong in SC I guess. Lonnie claims there is a gap there despite the two LSU players having their feet interlocked…

So check the boxes:
Inside Tackle Box- check
Left his feet - check
Above the frame - check
Gap - No

I think the bigger question after watching that is how did USC not get a flag thrown on them for that blind side block on the punter ...he was facing the blocker but looking the other way. And apparently... Not seeing the block is all that's needed for it to be a penalty
