I don't necessarily disagree with much of what OP said. But the fact that those Beiber haircut goofy poofters down in Austin are still your daddy isn't lost on me either.

This is an alter.
He knows his way around the site (how to post links and work them into his OP as a sentence). His location says "Atlanta". He is claiming to be a "big-bro" yet makes a thread that is 3 chapters long. Things just don't add up. It was a great attempt, but I can smell this rat. This is an OU or UTexas poster that wants a good A&M alter. He or She did nail the obsession that the Aggies have with Texas, though.

You clearly have B12 Stockholm Syndrome. A&M is daddy in the modern era. Stating otherwise is literally in opposition of the facts.
Sad that an OU poster can’t see that. Although I supposed that line of thinking could be expected from a poster with a Norman, OK education.
Sad that the even the guys who have whooped TU’s arse the better part of the past 2 decades still view themselves as the obedient little brother.
OU is actually the team that benefitted the most from NEB / CU / TAMU / MIZZOU leaving that shithole conference, because now y’all can just coast to a conference championship every year while beating up on a bunch of nobodies, and still managing to losing to Texas’ abomination of a team.
A&M would absolutely beat both OU & TU if the played today.

I hate Texas, but this is bullshite.
Texas has a national championship this century and played for another one in '09. A&M can't even "claim" a national title more recently than 1939. Texas leads the series since 1970 (consensus "modern-era) by a record of 23-19 (according to wikipedia). Texas is just better. It's nothing to be ashamed of. Arkansas does not have program on the level with Texas, but we won the ultimate battle by moving to the SEC. A&M should adopt the same mentality.

Your alter would be incorrect. I actually have a BBA and MS from Texas A&M and was in the Corps of Cadets in company F-1.
My dad graduated from Texas A&M in 1943. I have listened to the University of Texas BS for 58 years. No one but a Texas grad compliments their university because Texas grads never shut up about how awesome they are. You know a Texas grad when you see one as they usually have their arm in a sling from breaking their own arm patting themselves on their own backs.

UT Austin, indeed, has an endowment of less than $5 billion.
So let's summarize: Austin's endowment is twice as big as aggy's.
By the way, have you ever heard of Fred Akers? He had two top five football finishes in 10 years after Darrell Royal. He won 74 percent of his games, had a Hesiman Trophy winner and played for two national championships.
aggy has had two top five football finishes since 1956. Fred had two from 77-86. Coaches Royal and Brown had a bunch more top 5 finishes.
Poor aggy. They just don't understand they never were and never will be The University of Texas, that they only opened before UT because of federal funding from the Morrill Land Grant Act (the land sold to initially fund aggy was in Colorado, so aggy has its roots in Washington, D.C. and Colorado, not Texas) and that their enrollment has made them a diploma mill with subpar academics.

Texas like OU has no defense. Texas unlike OU has no offensive line. Texas would not get 50 yards on the ground and we would blitz almost every play. You have to be able to throw a football for someone to catch it. We don't play 7 on 7 in the SEC like the Big 12-2. A&M has a much more balance team than the sips!
Too bad we won't get to play now as Texas thinks they have a chance. Give it a couple of years with Jimbo's recruits and sippy nor the land thieves will want to play the Aggies. Johnny Football says howdy to your land thieves!
