The University of Texas is a Cal Berkley wanna be liberal university. They think they are better than everyone else. These morons are against the second amendment. This is not made up. Read this: Cocks not Glocks
They removed all statues of anyone that served Texas during the civil war in middle of the night...three confederate generals, Robert E. Lee, Albert Sidney Johnston and John Reagan along with former Governor James Hogg from 1891 to 1895. University of Texas removes statues in the middle of the night
The University of Texas has a superiority complex. Being an Aggie I have had to put up with their BS my entire life. Of course, pretty much all of their statistics that they use to bolster their superiority has either evaporated or never existed.
They have always derisively referred to Texas A&M as their little brother but the weird thing is that Texas A&M opened their doors in 1876 while the University of Texas opened their doors in 1883. They brag about being the biggest in Texas but that ended about 10 years ago. Texas A&M is much larger with an enrollment 68,825 while enrollment in Austin is 51,525.
The University of Texas brags worldwide about how rich they are like all athletically deficient little rich boys do. The problem is that it is all BS. The University of Texas in Austin is not even in the top 10 of largest university endowments. It is less than $5 billion...don't confuse this with the University of Texas SYSTEM endowment that includes the endowment for six medical schools. Texas A&M University in College Station has an endowment at $10 billion. It is so irritating that no one ever calls them out on the BS. They call Finebaum or post in SEC rant about all their money which is total BS/
They lie every year about their athletic revenues. They include all revenues for all athletic events, concerts and anything else that happens at the Irwin Center as revenue. Funny thing it never goes to the bottom line as it gets passed through. They generally show a loss each year. This will end in 2021 when they open their new basketball facility operated by a private consortium. None of the event revenue (athletic or otherwise) will be included at that point in their athletic P&L. At that point pretty much every school in the SEC will have more revenue than the vaunted blue blood University of Texas.
At this point they have sub par athletic facilities, average athletes, terrible fans living off the bones of Darrell Royal. Mack Brown and UNC say hello.
Last but not least they claim that the University of Texas degree is better than the New Birth...sad to say the free market disagrees. Aggies get paid more than Longhorns and it was been that way for quite some time and it just kills them. Admittedly it is a small difference but if they were on top everyone would know. Aggies graduates highest paid in Texas again
Aggies love being a part of the SEC and we surely respect our SEC brethren. UGA is going to play the Longhorns on January 1, 2019 and all I can hope and pray for is that the Bulldogs simple crush college football's bluebloods. Longhorns respect no one. Just talk to one. An Aggies second favorite team is always the University of Texas opponent each week. We have to live with them and recruit against them.

However, I doubt you have been to Kyle Field or DKR. Once you take in a game at both schools just get back with me.
Texas A&M is the oldest public university in the state of Texas and largest. We don't have a big brother. Only degrees in Austin or apparently Tuscaloosa can do this math.

Let's just compare records in your lifetime sippy! Your winning record in 1893 and 1915 are irrelevant to most recruits.
As an aside. I did not say that you lie about you football records. I said you lie about who you are, how much money you have or what your degrees are worth.
If I remember my math correctly in the last 37 football games that Texas play Texas A&M...Texas A&M won 19 and Texas won 18. Since Darrell Royal retired except for Mack Browns tenure the University of Texas has been fairly pedestrian.
