Bama got Grant from VCU for $1.8. He didn't make the Final 4, but he set the program up for where it is now.

So your saying the VCU job is better than every SEC school other Kentucky since they were the only one who made the Final 4 last year

No, just Ms. State.

VCU has:

10 NCAA Tourney appearances
6x round of 32
1 sweet 16
1`elite 8
1 final four

Last appearance: 2011

7x conference tourney champion
9x regular season champion

7,617 seat arena

Ms. State

10 NCAA appearances
7x round of 32
3 sweet 16s
1 elite 8
1 final four

Last appearance: 2009

4x conference tourney champion
10x regular season champion

10,500 seat arena.

There isn't much a difference between the two...

yeah there is. it's called the SEC = SEC network, ESPN, SEC tournament coverage, etc etc. Regardless of what they've done, MSU has the potential to be a lot bigger.

No, one was in the final four while the other one no on has heard of.

This isn't football, conference affiliation doesn't matter a whole lot. Good teams get into the tournaments, bad teams stay home.

Amacker yes, but it'd be hard to get him to leave. Byrd, HELL NO he is pushing 60 we need a younger coach willing to build up a brogram.

The thing with all those schools is they pretty much have a ceiling on them due to resources.

So Bundy, you're going to tell us the Mississippi State job is better then NC State?

Bundy, Shaka is staying put at VCU...because if he wanted to go big,he would be coaching the Wolfpack (the job he turned down last year).

What is better?
Georgia pays more, has better facilities, has a better history, better conference, is on TV more, is more known nationally etc...
